This simple route, which doesn’t take you too far away from the B+B Cà dei Casài, situated in a peaceful position on the hills overlooking Lake Garda, takes you to visit the main historical and cultural sights in Toscolano Maderno and Gardone Riviera.

1. The Vittoriale degli Italiani at Gardone with its nature park and War Museum

2. Visit to the nearby Museo del Divino Infante and/or botanical garden Hruska. Return to Maderno

3. Stop off at the monumental church of St. Andrea, near to the panoramic walk along the lakefront of Maderno

4. Paper factory valley with visit to the Paper Museum

5. Visit to the parish church of St. Peter and St. Paul with the Celesti paintings recently restored

6. To the left of the church, visit to the Sanctuary of Madonna del Benaco, built upon the remains of a Roman temple.

7. Roman villa of Marco Nonio Macrino

The last three points are all next to each other and to the beaches of Toscolano, to pizzerias and to the characteristic and hidden-away little port of Toscolano.
